type='text'>Congrats!

Our very own 1st batch of RGS AIR SPECIALISTS have proven themselves in the recent Specialist We are the unit with the HIGHEST percentage of cadets passing out with 2nd SGT!

Above that, we have also OWNED the course, by obtaining 6 out of the 9 awards!! We'll be reminding you closer to the date itself.

Love,
Tiffany

Notice of Farewell Mrs D Tan Rehearsal

Hi, do inform one another that there will be a rehearsal for the 6 participants this Friday (12 Oct) at 8am. It was really nice for all of you to make the effort to come to the numerous training we had. (It saved me from a lot of trouble, thank you) The effort paid off, of course. The guards of honor didn't mess up, thankfully after all the last minute changes plus really weird timing. And the fancy drillers were spankin', if i would say so myself. So, all those who didn't participate in this NDP celebration thing, i hope that you could go thank those who did and praise them on their good job, especially the fancy drillers who had to spend their whole afternoons practising their routine, even after the gohs were gone. As for those who did participate, you're welcomed to go all egoistic and start saying how good you are to everyone you see. You deserve it.

Oh yes, and a message from Mr Justin Teo and Mr Ben...

"Thank you so much for your participation and dedication to the National Day celebrations.

Your cadets have been intensively practising the drills since early July, and we've seen them perspire under the sun during all the practices and rehearsals. They have really worked very hard."

Love,
Tiffany

CHEERS!

Left toe, Right Toe
(Echo after I/C)
Left toe, right toe, keep up the tempo!
Left toe, right toe, eh-oh!
Here we go again,
Same old street again.
Up and down this avenue,
( Number of years/days left ) and we’ll be through.
Willow, willow, willow, willow, wa-ha!
Willow, willow, willow, willow, wa-ha-ha! Note that this is an optional event, personal invite by me (meaning the school or Mr Chia has nothing to do with this).

If you participate in this, by the end of August after you return the donation cards raising more than $30, you will receive a letter from TOUCH Community Services to claim the CIP hours. If you need a teacher to endorse, you can go to Mr Chia who have gladly agreed to help endorse with the letter from TCS.

For more information, you can go to the following websites:
http://www.tcs.org.sg
http://www.takethecitywalk.com

Or to ask me directly. You would not want to get any muscle tear or sprains. For a systematic warm-up, I suggest you start from head-to-toes. Make sure you stretch your muscles! Here's the few:

1. Neck (Do NOT do head rotation)
2. Shoulder
3. Triceps
4. Chest
5. Side of your body
6. Quads (thighs)
7. Hamstrings
8. Calfs
9. "sole-to-sole' tuck-in stretch
10. Butt muscle

Note: If you are intending to train on muscles, it will be good to start with a slow jog of about 5 mins just to warm up your muscles.

Static exercises:
For static exercises that you do to strengthen your muscles, I would suggest it to be divided into 2 parts - Upper and Lower body.

Upper body muscles:
Here's the set I would suggest... (Do about 2-4 sets depending on intensity of PT)
Station 1: 20 Push-ups
Station 2: 10-15 Incline Pull-ups
Station 3: 20 Dips
Station 4: 20 Crunches
Station 5: 20 Leg-lifts

You can choose to do each station 4 times before moving on to the next one, with a 30sec-1min break between each time to stretch your muscles... or you can do all 5 stations, and rest for 1-2mins to stretch the muscles before the next set.

Lower body muscles:
Station 1: Legs bend 90degrees and hold for 30sec-1min
Station 2: Stepping up and down 20-30times
Station 3: Tip-toe, hold, and recover... 20 times (for calf muscles)
Station 4: 20 Crunches
Station 5: 20 Leg-lifts

Lower body muscles can be trained together with stamina/endurance training mentioned later. If you have noticed, crunches and leg-lifts appears again. yups it's not by mistake. We should do more stomach muscle training! It is needed more than you think (and of course it will help us get rid of flabby tummys! lol.)

Stamina/Endurance exercise:
This exercises are not recommended to be done together with circuit trainings. You can do 1 set of the static for warm-up/toning, but do not over do.

Here's some stamina/endurance exercises:
1. Jogging of min 2.4km non-stop... go longer distance as time goes by. Go slow, and constant. (Endurance training)
2. Sprint of 50-100m, from 1min and cutting down each set by 5-10sec (Stamina building)
3. Stairs climbing (Stamina and leg muscle building)

Cooling-down:
After any 'tough' exercises, remember to COOL DOWN! It helps to reduce your muscle aches! And also, as you use your muscles, you are actually contracting them. So you need to STRETCH them... if not in the long term, you are going to look like those body-builders who can't stretch out their hands straight! Cool down by doing all the stretching exercises during warm-up, but instead do from toes-to-head.

yup I think I've given my 5cents worth. :)
If you want a really good exercise plan to improve on your physical, you would have to do about 3times a week for stamina/endurance exercise, and once a week for both upper and lower muscle (do not do both on the same or consecutive days).

loves <3
Ma'am Debbie!

PT SUGGESTIONS

HELLO!
-DONT ASK ME WHY IM WRITING IN CAPS.. Because the canteen was already very clean and we didn't really have much to do so we swept the floor, although there weren't any food on the floor. We wiped the tables too, which wasn't dirty but still, we cleaned the bird shits off it anyway. :D

WASH UP:

We had 1 hour for wash-up and we could use the toilets on the 3rd and 2nd levels. Most of us thought the time was too little as there were a lot of us but in the end, the time was more than enough. The water was icy cold but I thought most of us did not mind, as we were sweaty. We were also glad that the water was not dirty. After the wash-up, we felt refreshed and a little sleepy. Then we went back to our bunk and waited for the 1 hour to be up. While we waited, we studied for our theory test and started to memorise stuff and tested each other.

AEROSPACE CLUSTER:

uh. now i look back at it, actually its rather easy to remember huh.except that when we were first shown the powerpoint slides, we werekinda too anxious to scribble everything down and couldnt absorbhow many parts were there under this and that category. the long names ate up our brain juices. haha.

Trip to Air Force Museum On the 3rd day of the camp, we went to the Air Force Museum after lunch. Upon arriving there, we could see numerous models of airplanes that had been decommissioned. Then, the tour guide took us to watch a short but interesting video clip. After watching the video clip, the tour guide led us around the museum and explained about the different types of airplanes, when was that particular airplane in use and when was it decommissioned. That day, we were very lucky to get to go to a place that was usually not open to the public as the person manning the place happened to be there. We went up to the 3rd floor and into an air-conditioned room to watch 2 videos about the lessons conducted on aeromodelling and about aeromodelling competitions. After that, we had free time to roam around the room and admire the model of aircrafts made by students of various ages. In summary, the trip to the Air Force Museum was quite interesting and fascinating.

MORNING PT:
We woke up early in the morning, and the first thing we did was PT!! Without breakfast or anything, we did 3sets of PT. 1set includes 20 crunches, jumping jacks and 2rounds around the track. After the PT, we went around the netball court, across, arnd to dial the Canadian pizza number – 62410241. in the end, we were told that we were too slow and had to “redial”, and the redial button is very far away, right across the field at the J Block toilet! Everyone was out of breath. When we were running on the track, the seniors were very supportive and kept encouraging us (<3) whenever we were close to stopping. PT was quite tough but I believe it is beneficial.

IFC:
IFC!!! We did this on Day 2 of camp… Basically, we gathered at the track and the i/cs started talking about it: the different methods to judge the distance, camouflaging and. We just sat there listening. After which, the i/cs quizzed us on what they have taught. I think we could answer most of it… If I am not wrong, I think we were also scheduled to do some hands-on camouflaging. However, it was a pity we did not get to do it probably because there was a lack of time if not I think it would be fun! I think that is about what we did for IFC. (=

OUTDOOR COOKING:

First, I must confess that i have never eaten maggie mee before (gasp!). I suppose most people would think it a horrible crime, although i'm not very sure why.
The outdoor cooking was fun, although i'm afraid i made my partner do most of the work (sorry Li Hui!) but the fire kept on acting up...i think that it needs some discipline...(joke. joke!). And the fire kept on going out too! oh wait. I'm not absolutely sure about that. But i remember aksing ma'am Debbie to help us light the fire... (blush). The food was okay but i'm a bit paranoid about cleanliness so i kept on rushing to the toilet to wash my utensils. Sigh.
And the cucumber. Um. What to say? It was okay, i guess, as cucumbers go, but i don't really like cucumber, so tough luck for me. Anyway i ate some cucumber. Oh shucks don't want to say how many (i kinda forgot as well) cos i might be forced to eat some more! Oh horror! (choke choke)
Yeah. So now i know what maggie mee tastes like. And i guess i've got something new to boast about to my friends. Sort of, anyway.

SENIORS: (LOL this wasnt asked for but i asked for it anyway)

@Our seniors were kind and approachable. Although they “scolded” us frequently, we knew it was for our own good. We could talk to our seniors anytime and almost all of us treated them as friends and we could sometimes be kind of rude towards them. Our seniors also set a good example by doing the drills neatly.
@ oh and about you seniors. thankyou, sorry, and loves for just about everything. you make our day. :D
@The seniors helped us a lot, encouraged us during PT, help during outdoor cooking (and of cus ther stuff). The phrases like “don stop, continue” encouraged us to continue running. Dunring nightwalk, we see the fun side of them as they told us ghost stories to scare us or tried to shock us by appearing suddenly. Seniors=nice and supportive!

THOUGH I CANT RMBR WHO GAVE WHAT

BUT I APPRECIATE THE EFFORT. THANKS!

YAY
amanda<3

Hello
IMT is tomorrow (4July weds) & mr chia wants us (huiyi--part a ps, liyana & me--part a aps) to remind you about it.

Basically, leave class: 11.30 <tell>
report at foyer: by 12.15 in no. 4
Reach back school: by 5 sth

We were supposed to call you but we don't want to call so many people so if you read this in time, can you pls reply to the 3 of us
Huiyi: hy_311293@hotmail.comLiyana: fitzgera@singnet.com.sgRebecca (me): wehc.acceber@gmail.com
& tell the people who are in your class. So if you can, I would really hope to see as many of you there this Sunday.

Here's the details:
Day/Date: Sunday 1st July
Time: Meet 1.15pm (If you wish to be here but strongly don't want to join in the service, you can come later at 3.15pm)
Venue: Singapore EXPO Hall 9/10 (We'll meet at hall 9)

Don't need to think of bringing any presents. Your presence that day will be the best birthday present. :)

Do let me know if you are coming by this Friday, Saturday latest.

Any Part Bs want to volunteer to help me coordinate with the people who are coming? :)

Hope to see as many of you on Sunday!

Debbie

PT kit

okay let's make things easy by giving a confirmation:

PT kit will now be like this:

If it is wearing No. 4 for training, PT kit will be:
1. Here’s a whole post dedicated solely, and ONLY to the NCC AIR camp 2007!!!

Day 1:
Just like our normal training, first, we fall in at the mini-amphi, then we had the nicely prepared THEORY lessons. XD First, we had the principles of flight, basic stuff, roll, yaw, pitch, ailerons…etc. I think the problem came in when Julie, Trina, and Celeste tried to teach, what’s that, the, wait, erm, ahh, yes, the Bernoulli's principle of pressure (thanks Julie), I think everyone kind of, stone, could not really get it at first, but I think, hopefully, everyone managed to get, at least some parts of it. Then the second thing that got kind of screwed up, it’s the working of ailerons, whether if the right aileron is out, would it turn left or right, something like that (my memory is failing)(julie says its the rudder, not ailerons). I think there was something about the angle of attack, yeah, and canards, lots of stuff squeezed into the heads of the Part As, who were busy taking notes, while the Part Bs, erm, squeezed at the back? A bit, just a bit, noisy, but still can la…in my opinion. =D We had Anatomy of Aircraft next. Ahhh, I think I made a mistake, the ailerons part was in Anatomy of Aircraft, not Principles of Flight, well anyway, the second theory lesson was, okay , about airbrakes, and flaps, don’t forget the ejection seat! So cool, like poof, and off you go, but of course, nobody hopes to need to use the ejection seat cos it only means that there is something wrong with the plane, very wrong. So that’s two theories done. Then there was a short break, nothing much after that, just some basic drills and evening jog before we are dismissed. Oh, Munirah and I went to borrow basketballs from the PE dept for the basketball game the next day. Let’s move on to DAY 2!

Day 2:
Had to arrive early in the morning at the mini-amphi. Well, I think some of us a bit too early, so we started comparing bags, a lot of people say I look like I’m going on holiday cos my bag very big. I still dun get how they fit everything into such a tiny bag. Then I think a Part A spilt water. Well, anw, had brief admin stuff, followed by a check of who did not have breakfast before moving on to the first item of the day---IFC. I don’t think I was there when the others did IFC, a few of us were preparing for the obstacle course. But basically, the IFC i/cs conducted the lesson and on the track near the canteen. The obstacle course i/cs then went off to get the needed equipment, chairs, tables, net, pails of water. Spent some time figuring out the corners of the net, then Hui Yi and I tried to find the greenman so we can borrow pails from him, couldn’t find him at first, searched all over for him, then we went to “explore” the small little hut thingy outside the canteen that belongs to the greenman, it stank. After we managed to borrow the pails, we went to get lots and lots of water. Someone, can’t remember who, spilt the water all over her lower half of the body. Ha, looked like she pee in her pants. XD Can’t remember was it after this or before this, the NCC Land CO, kind of scolded us for not greeting him, so we greeted, then we tried greeting the land seniors, scary…They looked surprised, wonder if that’s a good sign. Well anw, we soon had a short break while we continued with the set up of the obstacle course. Some people had to leave for SMO :(. Finally, OBSTACLE COURSE, Part As made to change into their PT kit while the Part B changed into half-no. 4. We wanted to wet the ground under the net to make it all gooey for the Part As to crawl but, well, we weren’t allowed to, so we sprayed them from the top instead. I was at the Red Sea station, so dint really noe what went on at the high wall and monkey bar. I guess it must have been pretty tough cos it took forever just for one Part A to come, got kinda bored. Sad, some of them couldn’t do monkey bar, IT’S FUN, but oh well, it can be tough for beginners, I have to admit, hope they had fun though. I think it’s quite cool to crawl under the net, but I guess it got a bit unfair when some people got sprayed with more water while others, lesser. Red Sea, Part As were very cautious, they didn’t dare to take the risk, were we that scary? Cos many of them, erm, I dunno, dint dare to pass? But I guess it was fun, once someone makes a run for it and passes through, it raises the others morale then they tried to make a dash for it too. As the no. of people who successfully pass got more, it got a bit noisy as they cheered for their friends. Occassionally, the Red Sea people got distracted by the “successful” Part As, then let the other Part A just pass through like that. Argh! (Erm, do you get it, what I am trying to say earlier, about the distraction part, well even if you don’t, just try la.) Then the last two people to pass the red sea were supposed to get “punished” by getting water poured all over them. Ha, then they stood right in front of all the other Part As and their group i/cs, and WHOOSH, the unlucky ones got really wet, XD. After the obstacle course, the Part As got all wet and dirty so they were given time to change while the Part Bs put back on their no. 4. Then ma’am Debbie wanted us to pose for pictures with the hat and the riftle, eeyer, I think I looked horrible. Well anywaes, after that, continued with more IFC, this time more on practical I think, I dint really noe what went on since Mr Chia got Jaslyn and me to make sure the birds don’t eat our lunch---CHICKEN RICE!!! I don’t think the birds like chicken rice very much, not many came at least, then Jaslyn and I got really hungry just by smelling the food, can smell cannot eat. Seemed like hours before IFC ended, followed by LUNCH, yay!!! Had to admit the lunch was so much better than last year. Due to some absentees, there were leftover rice, so some of the Part Bs, (e.g. Munirah), stuffed themselves with the leftovers before going of for the third theory of the camp: Aircraft recognition. Basically, the same stuff la, Part Bs squashed at the back, Part As busy copying to prepare themselves for the test. TEST!!! Oops, ok, anw, after aircraft recognition was Aerospace cluster. Nothing much, except info, info and more info. Okay, I’m kinda mix up here, don’t really remember if bunk inspection was after lunch or after all the theories. But anyway, just to sum up bunk inspection---it was not as bad as I thought it would be, luckily or unluckily. But we, as in the Part Bs kinda got freaked out after last year’s bunk inspection so we went on a frenzy to wipe the floor with rags and baby wipes with Ee Wen climbing on tables to clean the fans. Then the Part As in and out, in and out, so we can standardise our bunks. Kinda cute, they way they stick their heads in and count the no. of tables or chairs. Then disaster struck, someone spilt water, so I had to go find a mop, only found one at the second level. I don’t know abt the Part As, hopefully they had fun cleaning their bunks like we had, rolling around and crawling all over for fear we would dirty the nice floor we just cleaned. Sorry if I sound ego, but the floor was SO NICE, okay, I think you get the idea. Not too bad, got erm, 35 push ups I think, or 40, can’t really rmb already, basically, had to hide the broom and arrange our bags. Part As got a bit more than us, but that’s usual, I think our bunks were worser last year, but trust me, Part As, your bunk inspection was so easy-going, ours last year was hell. But I think your bunks quite good la. =)Now, let’s move on to DRILLS. Part As split up into grps, their grp i/cs in charge of teaching them drills. Then the “leftover” Part Bs, like me, who were not grp i/cs, had to do basic drills with the rifle. So a few among us went to retrieve the rifles from the bunks, leaving me and Munirah behind. So we had to do simple commanding. According to the ma’ams, must drag, don’t like staccato the commands. Am I making sense? I hope I am. Then Munirah and I both did not want to command first, so we ended up doing scissors paper stone to decide who go first. Well anw, I thought marching with the rifles would be easy but apparently, its NOT. Cos we can’t move the hand holding the rifle, we dint really got use to it so our arms and hands got screwed up. Left hand with left leg, eeyer, so malu-ating. Messed it all up. But drills without the rifle was okay la. Well, I think the Part As learn quite fast, but must be more confident in yourselves! Then can do better! Basketball got taken out because wanted to spend more time on drills instead. A few of us, again, left earlier to prepare for dinner, OUTDOOR COOKING. Lots of can food, maggie noodles and veggies---cucumber. Eh, a failed experiment in cutting the cucumbers, a bit thick and off shaped, but for people like us, I think very good already la… XP The cookers were nice, we put two solid fuel each into each cooker. Ma’am Debbie tried to cook first, only to find out TWO solid fuel is too much! One is enough, the fire was so HUGE. A lot of us had problems lighting the solid fuel and needed help with the matchsticks, but I think overall, everything was quite enjoyable and fun except the forcing of eating of cucumbers, sigh, it wasn’t exactly popular. But otherwise, I think it went rather smoothly. (except the miscommunication whereby some people threw away the otherwise re-usable tomi cookers). After a short break, NIGHT WALK follows! It was suppose to be scary, but erm, dint turn out to be that scary, more like, funny, I think. I was trying to scare the Part As, then I ended up scaring myself, eeyer. But during debrief, I think quite a no. of them like nightwalk, luckily, even though it wasn’t that scary, maybe that’s why they like it..hmmm. After that, we had a nice and refreshing shower, followed by debrief, light supper, and then went to sleep, it’s been a long day…

Day 3:
We were rather kia-su I think, all wake up so early one…dun want to be late. After we washed-up and went down, the land people were already falling in, gosh! They must have woken up super early, it was so dark, we couldn’t see each other’s faces at the netball courts. Morning PT was fine, except for the constant dragging of shoes and the very soft timing. HAVE TO BE LOUDER, and the dragging of shoes were quite bad…Have to keep it mind. The morning run was still okay, but I think many of us were half –dying already… Again, I left early to prepare breakfast so, dint really know what happened to the last part of the PT. Breakfast was bread with all sorts of spread with hot milo. Hot milo, that was what took forever before breakfast could start. Cos hot water supply was all the way at the staffroom kitchen, every group had to send two reps to collect hot water for the milo. So while waiting, we came up with a cheer, which was so hilarious, but fun!!! NICE CHEER!!! After breakfast, we had a short break after which we had to clean up our bunks, canteens and the toilet, those went quite smoothly, many of the Part As were freaking out over the test which was right after the clean up. They were given some time to revise before the test starts, all of them burst into a frenzy of last minute studying…the nervous atmosphere. When the test started, some of the Part Bs slept, others went out to talk, I went to check with Mr Chia if lunch was ready, after which, chatted with a few other outside the exam room, saw the ma’ams sleeping in their nicely air-conditioned bunk…so envious..haha. After the test, we had a WONDERFUL LUNCH of PIZZA!!! It was so nice and yummy and delicious. After lunch, we set out for the Air Force Museum. This time, we had a guide and watched a short clip before the tour. The clip was quite interesting. As for the tour, some of us got distracted and no longer pay attention to the guide. I personally thought it was more fun to roam around on our own, free and easy. Felt really bad, cos the guide is like talking to a bunch of not-very-interested-girls, but, it wasn’t exactly captivating. After that, we went to have a look at this really cool place where people go to have lessons on aircrafts, I think, can’t really rmb that well now. But there were many nice art pieces and models of aeroplanes that caught our attention. The air-con there was FREEZING. After enjoying a long time admiring the works of the pupils, we left the Air Force Museum. We collected our bags and checked our bunks one last time, there was a case of a missing key, wonder if it has been found…But anw, after settling some admin and money issues, we were dismissed. Mixture of sadness and happiness, sad because the camp is over, but also, happy because the camp is over, ok, I dun think I m making sense here, but basically, the camp was FUN and so much enjoyable, ya, I think that’s the right word, ENJOYABLE for all of us, at least I found it very enjoyable! ( I m repeating myself, I know, its to emphasize the degree of "enjoyable-ness".)
Whoa, I think I typed a lot, hope you have enjoyed reading! Bye!

P.S Pardon me for typo errors, very blur nowadays...XP

<3 Cheryl

Fokker 50 Ride!!!!!!!!

Hello! Here are the details of the very fun and enjoyable F-50 ride. Yay!

Well, here's the not-so exciting stuff: The Fokker 50 is a successor of the older Fokker F27 Friendship and its design is based on the F-27 airframe. F-50 is from Netherlands and Singapore acquired five F-50 aircrafts in 1994. There are 33 other countries operating the F-50. Nice.

Now the fun part: The first thing we did when we reached there was to watch a video. We saw many pictures of people working for the Air Force (people eating, sleeping, flying and many aeroplanes too). Of course we had the important safety briefings and emergency exits thing.

After that, we got to go on the F-50, finally. Well before we actually got on the aircraft we stood next to the plane along with ACS and Unity Sec for pictures, then we got seated in the plane. The pilots were introduced and Eewen got to go to the cockpit and wear the headphone thingy :D There was also someone who was quite talkative - saying things about puking in the sick bag and not outside! =)

Then, we were just flying for around 30min. It was cool, much better than last year's one because it felt like a roller-coaster ride (sometimes) with all the rolling here and there stuff. We also got to go see the view form the cockpit two by two which was very nice. =) A girl from another school fell while walking towards the cockpit, so imagine the violence of the aircraft!

We got to fly over Bishan and someone said lookout for RGS. RGS in Bishan??? Anyway, we managed to see Batam and St John's Island and the clouds up close. Again there was a lot of pitching and stuff...Yee haaa!!!

Then the flight was over and we refused to get out the aircraft but in the end we did and we went back to the briefing room. The bus was already there and we all headed back to school :) I think I didn't leave out anything. Anyway, the overall idea of F-50 ride: Damn fun XD

F-50 Joy Ride!!!

Hello! (translation: we didnt greet. ANDAND juniors if you read this DONT LEARN FROM US bad example:)

yep and we're supposed to march along the corridors. it was fun! except i kept hitting ppl beside me :P that was embarassing. yep then more lectures and more notes. then they had uniform inspection and they seperated the girls and guys and then the guys got more severe punishments (some sort) while we didnt get any :D

yup since everything was in the notes, we all went back and MEMORISED and STUDIED and MUGGED and PANICKED(however you spell that) and..

most of them didnt come out.

I KNOW!!! i mixed up my years (like which year happened what) ANDAND got the first question wrong. 30mcqs in 36minutes, many of us finished withing 15minutes. the others slept :D

humm. yea then they held us back for very long and we got dismissed :)

yup that's about it! dont think i left out anything :)

OHYES we watched some reallyreally funny clips! like how you should stay at home and play ps3 instead of gng to a restaurant where they took out their boogie and put on food, take the meat and wiped the toilet bowl and gargled the wine and spit it out on the foot. EW. and this nike advert; this gross bridgestone: designed to save lives advert and manymany more :D

okay the end:) hope u're all looking forward to it! you get to meet lots of nice ppl there:D (huiyi&miranda: hhaha you get what i mean) YUP byebye!

can one part b and one part a email me what happened, what you think and experienced during the camp so i can put it up as one :) [ohYES dont forget to put that the nightwalk was NICE hahah :]

<33amanda!

IMPORTANT.

THOSE WHO HAVE NOT GIVEN ME THEIR T SHIRT SIZES, YOUR NAMES ARE LISTED BELOW. Refer to this week's training programme. If you need the file, or have any doubts in how to use that format of the training programme, please let me know.

Like that then I do not have to change the format of the training programme everytime you all send to us.

This new format will help alot when the Part A joins in as you all will be doing different thing at the same time. You all as the ICs will not want to hold on to so many sheets of paper, but instead have the whole training programme for the whole unit in just one glance.
