Just a little request... when you send your proposal for the training programme, please use the format that I had made... Refer to this week's training programme. If you need the file, or have any doubts in how to use that format of the training programme, please let me know.
Like that then I do not have to change the format of the training programme everytime you all send to us.
This new format will help alot when the Part A joins in as you all will be doing different thing at the same time. You all as the ICs will not want to hold on to so many sheets of paper, but instead have the whole training programme for the whole unit in just one glance. (:
